Emmanuel Church has been a part of the Donelson Community in Nashville for well over thirty years. Emmanuel is a part of the Emmanuel Churches of Christ, an organization that has been spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ for almost 90 years in the US and around the world.  Our church is Pentecostal by denomination; we are Apostolic in doctrine.  Emmanuel Church in Nashville is pastored by Pastor Gary Ratliff.  

 

We consider it an honor to share the truth and love of Christ with our community.  It is our desire to see lives transformed through salvation that is only available through Jesus Christ.  Additionally, we want to aid individuals in their pursuit of complete obedience to His Word and a greater spiritual maturity.

 

We realize and are sensitive to the many and diverse challenges within our society today. These challenges only help us to acknowledge our need for God even more.  While many people today are feeling overwhelmed by their surrounding circumstances, we are determined to pursue a greater knowledge and faith in Christ, virtues that will provide for an unquestioning trust and confidence in Him. That may sound like “church rhetoric” to some but our prayer and effort is for it to be our individual and Church’s character and to help others develop the same.
